**✔️ Quality assurance through COPQ, ICQ & online defect indicators✔️ Improvements to reduce online defects and improvement projects.
✔️ Follow-up on customer complaints.
✔️ Conduct problem solving.
✔️ Prepare weekly and monthly reports.Experiência y requisitos**Requirements**:✔️Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
✔️3 to 5 years of experience as a quality engineer.
✔️Knowledge in problem-solving methodology (A3,



8D's, CAPAs).
✔️Knowledge in statistics and data analysis.
✔️Knowledge of quality systems (ISO ****).
✔️Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
✔️Intermediate English.
