This position will primarily focus on complex order entry and change orders and have a diverse range of responsibilities to support Donaldson Power Generation customers.Role Responsibilities: Processing complex, technical orders from customers and inside Sales and communicating with the plants.Processing and changing technical information on orders as a liaison between customers, sales,



and plants in a timely and professional manner.Exhibiting excellent communication, both written & verbal.Being able to problem solve and know when to hand off more complex matters.Showing the ability to retain information and work in a fast paced/high volume environment.Prioritize workload as working in different programs and working with a variety of different groups within the company.Answer phones in a professional and timely manner.Minimum Qualifications: Previous customer Service experience in Manufacturing or Distribution environment.Demonstrated organization skills and data entry accuracy.Associate's degree or higher.Must: Advance-Fluent English both written and verbal.
