Pricing & Revenue Manager

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Pricing & Revenue Manager to drive pricing strategy, revenue optimization and commercial excellence. In this high-impact role, you will partner with Sales, Finance, Product Management, Marketing and Operations to maximize profitability, strengthen pricing governance and support data-driven business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute pricing and revenue management strategies.
- Maximize revenue, gross margin and profitability.
- Lead pricing reviews and pricing governance initiatives.
- Analyze customer profitability, rebates, freight costs and commercial terms.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing and raw material impacts.
- Develop pricing, profitability and revenue optimization models.
- Create dashboards and business insights using Excel and Power BI.
- Support commercial negotiations through profitability analysis.
- Participate in forecasting and S&OP; processes.
- Drive Commercial Excellence and strategic business improvement projects.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics or a related field.




- 3+ years of experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, Commercial Excellence or Business Analytics.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
- Power BI.
- Experience working with SAP pricing structures.
- Intermediate to Advanced English (mandatory).
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in B2B industrial or manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
