The adecuado candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, commercially minded, and eager to contribute to business growth in a fast-paced international environment.Key Responsibilities✅ Provide administrative and commercial support to Inside Sales and Outside Sales teams.✅ Manage and develop an assigned customer portfolio, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities.✅ Support contract implementation, tender submissions, rate management, and commercial agreements.✅ Coordinate and escalate customer service issues to the appropriate internal teams, ensuring timely resolution.✅ Create and maintain customer accounts, partner codes, contracts, and pricing records within company systems.✅ Support commercial negotiations by processing pricing requests, discounts, TLI applications, and contractual updates.✅ Follow up on booking-related issues, routing challenges, and freight discrepancies to ensure a smooth customer experience.✅ Promote CMA CGM's end-to-end logistics solutions,
