Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco – HybridCompany: MezTalClient Industry: Senior Living TechnologyEmployment: Full-timeU.S. Visa & Travel: RequiredEnglish: Advanced professional proficiency requiredAbout the RoleMezTal is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team and work directly with one of our U.S.-based clients, a growing technology company serving the senior living industry across North America.This is a highly hands-on role for someone who can combine strategy and execution. You will help build and execute the client's marketing efforts across demand generation, marketing automation, content, events, digital channels, and pipeline development.This is not a role focused only on managing a team, social media, or one specific marketing channel. We are looking for someone who can develop a strategy and then personally help bring it to life.You will work closely with U.S.-based leadership and Sales teams while also coordinating external marketing agencies and vendors.What You'll Do- Build and execute integrated B2B demand-generation campaigns for the U.S. and North American market.- Generate and track qualified leads, opportunities, and marketing-sourced or marketing-influenced pipeline.- Own hands-on marketing automation activities, including email campaigns, nurture sequences, segmentation, landing pages, workflows, and campaign tracking.- Work with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Pardot, GoHighLevel, or similar tools.- Partner with Sales on target audiences, priority accounts, lead qualification, campaign strategy, and Marketing-to-Sales handoff.- Develop and execute content strategies across website, email, LinkedIn, newsletters, blogs, webinars, events, case studies, and other channels.- Create and edit professional marketing content in English for U.S. audiences.- Support SEO/AEO and website conversion initiatives.- Plan and execute webinars and conference marketing, including pre-event campaigns, meeting generation, event promotion, lead capture, and post-event follow-up.- Travel to selected U.S. industry conferences and events and professionally represent the client when required.- Manage and coordinate external marketing agencies, vendors, freelancers, or creative partners.- Track campaign performance and use data to improve marketing results.- Partner with leadership to continue developing attribution, funnel reporting, pipeline visibility, and CAC measurement.- Use AI tools as part of your regular marketing workflow to improve research, content creation, campaign development, analysis, automation, and productivity.RequirementsWhat We're Looking For- 4+ years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in B2B environments.- Strong experience in demand generation and executing campaigns from strategy through launch and measurement.- Professional experience supporting the U.S. or North American market is required.- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.- Experience developing and executing content strategies, not only social media content.- Ability to demonstrate measurable results from previous campaigns, such as leads, MQLs/SQLs, meetings, opportunities, pipeline, conversions,
or revenue influenced.- Experience collaborating closely with Sales.- Experience with webinars, trade shows, conferences, or other B2B events.- Experience working with external agencies, vendors, or creative partners.- Strong project-management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.- Strong practical use of AI tools for marketing.- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and build processes in a growing environment.- Advanced professional English, both written and spoken.You will regularly participate in meetings with U.S.-based leadership and teams, create marketing content in English, present ideas and results, and communicate professionally at U.S. events. English proficiency will be evaluated during the interview process.U.S. Market, Visa & Travel RequirementsThis position requires meaningful professional experience working with the United States or North American market, whether through U.S.-focused campaigns, audiences, customers, prospects, Sales teams, leadership teams, or other business stakeholders.A valid U.S. visa is required.Travel will not be constant; however, conferences are an important part of the client's go-to-market strategy. Candidates must be genuinely comfortable traveling to the United States when needed, attending multi-day industry conferences, interacting with U.S. prospects and business stakeholders, and professionally representing the client in person.Candidates who have a valid visa but are not comfortable traveling regularly when business needs require it would not be the right fit for this opportunity.Preferred BackgroundExperience in B2B SaaS, technology, healthtech, healthcare, senior living, enterprise software, or another complex B2B environment is highly valuable.Direct senior living experience is not required. We are open to candidates from other industries when their experience is transferable to a B2B technology company serving North American organizations.Experience with ABM, go-to-market campaigns, marketing attribution, revenue marketing, customer marketing, or product launches is also a plus.The Profile We're Looking ForWe are looking for a builder and doer, not only a coordinator.You should be comfortable developing the strategy, opening the CRM or marketing platform and building the campaign yourself, creating or editing content, working with Sales, briefing an agency, preparing for a conference, reviewing performance, and determining what should happen next.You do not need to be a professional graphic designer or a specialist in every marketing discipline.
Specialized design or paid media work may be supported by external partners.What matters most is your ability to connect:Demand Generation + Content + Marketing Automation + Sales Alignment + Execution + Measurable ResultsWorking ModelThis position is based in Guadalajara, Jalisco under MezTal's hybrid model.- First month: approximately 3 days per week in the office.- After onboarding: generally around 1 day per week, depending on client needs and travel schedules.- Flexibility will be provided during weeks involving business travel or conferences.- The role works directly with U.S.-based stakeholders, so flexibility to align with U.S. Eastern or Central business hours when needed is important.Interview ProcessWe want candidates to know what to expect from the beginning. The complete selection process includes approximately 6 conversations/stages:1. Recruiter interview with MezTal – experience, English, U.S. market exposure, visa, travel availability, expectations, and overall fit.2. Internal MezTal interview – deeper evaluation of your experience and alignment with the client.3. Interview with the client's VP of Growth – marketing expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on capabilities.4. Additional client interview – conversation with another member of the U.S.-based organization or leadership team.5. Panel / Business Case – you may be asked to prepare and present a marketing or go-to-market approach based on a business scenario.6. Final alignment conversation – expectations and final alignment before moving toward an offer.Because this is a multi-stage process, we value transparency from both sides.
