responsibilities:
- supervise and optimize inventory levels to ensure proper stock positioning.
- lead weekly reviews to resolve aged inventory and implement mitigation strategies.
- manage e&o; (excess & obsolete) tracking, driving corrective actions and negotiating resolutions with customers.
- oversee expedited freight activities resulting from customer volume changes, including customer negotiations.
- manage the material buy‑back process, maximizing value recovery and ensuring compliance with agreements.
- collaborate with bpm/opm teams in china to align processes, enhance operational performance, and support general initiatives.
- lead special projects focused on cost reduction, operational efficiency, and customer‑driven improvements.
