we are looking for an experienced financial planning manager to join a leading multinational organization.

this is a key role for a finance professional with strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and business performance analysis , who is comfortable working with regional and corporate stakeholders in an international environment.

key responsibilities

- lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes (bud, fc1, fc2, fc3 ).
- prepare and analyze vigente vs. Budget results for monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
- develop and monitor financial kpis and provide meaningful business insights.
- prepare and communicate monthly financial results and variance analysis.
- coordinate financial reporting requirements and deadlines with regional and corporate teams .
- analyze financial risks and evaluate new projects.
- support product cost and imported product pricing analysis.
- drive continuous improvement within financial processes and reporting.
- ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and internal policies.

what we’re looking for

- bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting,



business administration or related field .
- minimum 5 years of experience in multinational companies .
- strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, costs and nif .
- knowledge of foreign trade / import-related financial processes .
- strong understanding of erp-based accounting processes, preferably sap .
- advanced excel and strong powerpoint skills.
- excellent analytical skills, structured thinking and business acumen.
- fluent english – required for interaction with regional and corporate teams.

compensation & benefits

base salary: mxn $80,000 gross/month

performance bonus: up to 2 months’ salary
