we are looking for an electrical engineer superintendent – offshore with experience in electrical supervision and maintenance activities within industrial and offshore environments/oil&gas; sector.

the selected candidate will oversee offshore electrical operations, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, safety standards and project objectives.

responsibilities:

- coordinate and supervise offshore electrical activities, ensuring safe and efficient execution of the work;
- supervise hv, mv and lv electrical works, ensuring compliance with project requirements and safety standards;
- coordinate contractors and site personnel during electrical operations and maintenance activities;
- review electrical installations, testing and commissioning activities in line with technical specifications and standards;
- support troubleshooting and root cause analysis activities, providing technical solutions to electrical issues;
- ensure compliance with offshore electrical procedures, regulations and industry standards;
- interface with operations,



maintenance and engineering teams to support project execution and plant reliability;
- participate in technical meetings with clients, vendors and project stakeholders.

requirements:

- degree in electrical engineering or equivalent discipline;
- at least 5 years of experience as an electrical engineer in oil&gas; sector;
- previous experience in offshore sector;
- knowledge of hv, mv and lv power distribution systems;
- experience in electrical commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting activities;
- ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams and technical documentation;
- knowledge of international standards and industry regulations;
- excellent knowledge of written and spoken english;
- valid offshore certifications (bosiet, foet, huet or equivalent).

location: mexico offshore platform

departure base: villahermosa – mexico

shift: 28/28 – 12h/day

compensation: 400 – 500 usd per day

contract: 1 year fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension.
