we are looking for a senior it specialist to support and manage warehouse management systems (wms) within a global logistics environment. This role ensures the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of wms applications, particularly blue yonder/jda solutions, while collaborating with global it and business teams.

tasks and responsibilities:

- provide technical support for wms applications, primarily blue yonder/jda dispatcher
- manage and coordinate wms infrastructure components (oracle db, citrix, network, hardware)
- troubleshoot and resolve incidents through ticketing systems
- collaborate with internal it teams, logistics teams, and external vendors
- support implementation and optimization of warehouse systems
- act as a technical consultant for wms-related processes and solutions
- ensure system performance, stability,



and high-quality operations
- maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- handle ad hoc tasks assigned by management

education and skills:

- bachelor’s degree in it, business administration, logistics, or related field
- hands-on experience with wms configuration and infrastructure support
- knowledge of moca, dda, and jda integrator
- strong knowledge of sql
- experience working with ticketing/support systems

minimal work experience:

- at least 5 years of hands-on experience with blue yonder/jda dispatcher
- proven experience in the following areas:
- wms infrastructure support
- wms configuration
- moca / dda development
- jda integrator

- experience working with sql and oracle databases
