Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Execute the Market Brand Strategy locally and ensure consistent execution in country sub-units (if applicable) through integrated plans across all communication channels supporting brand and category objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the consolidated approach alignment with x-functional departments and categories and Brand Communications team to facilitate execution of marketing initiatives, overseeing all creative output across the adidas brand in all marketing channels to guarantee aligned activation
Own all country related category communication and implementation topics to maximize the brand voice, and ensure category opportunities are fully exploited.
Lead the category calendar execution aligning 360 activation plans with other areas and executing brand comms plans (media, activation, communities, etc.)
Activate Running Communities in collaboration with Sports Marketing
Drive the execution of all communication campaigns- specific to dedicated category to ensure that all projects are OTIF
Monitor execution locally and in Country sub-units (where applicable) to gain insights to provide feedback to Market
Generate a framework for performance to set clear expectations with the team
Manage MWB for the category to ensure all implementations comply with approved plans following investment behind general priorities
Brief and manage internal and/or external resources for creating locally needed category specific marketing tools
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Experienced in job and fully qualified/trained
Combined broad theoretical and practical knowledge incl. company policies and practices
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Economic/Business/ Administrative careers
5 years experience in visual merchandising
Experience as Brand manager, brand activation
