This role works closely with design, SEO, and strategy teams to translate concepts into polished, scalable WordPress builds that perform exceptionally well.
This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role ideal for someone who thrives in structured workflows, values clean code, and takes ownership of performance, stability, and quality.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites using modern, scalable best practices.
Translate Figma or design files into clean, responsive, and accessible WordPress builds.
Build and maintain custom post types, templates, and reusable components.
Optimize site speed, performance, and Core Web Vitals.




Implement technical SEO best practices across site structure, templates, and content.
Manage plugins responsibly with a focus on stability, performance, and security.
Troubleshoot bugs, compatibility issues, and performance bottlenecks.
Collaborate with designers, SEO specialists, and Account Managers to deliver projects on schedule.
3+ years of professional experiencedeveloping and maintaining WordPress websites (agency or client-facing environments preferred).
Strong working knowledge ofPHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript , and WordPress core architecture.
Hands-on experience withmodern page builderssuch as Elementor (or equivalent).
Solid understanding oftechnical SEO , site performance optimization, and Core Web Vitals.
Experience buildingcustom post types, templates, and reusable components .
Familiarity withversion control (Git)and working with staging/production environments.
Strong attention to detail, code quality, and documentation.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently in aremote, deadline-driven environment .
Salary range: Up to $3,000 USD/month, based on experience.
Fully remote role (LATAM-based candidates only).
