DescriptionRole: Compliance SpecialistLocation: Remote | Latin AmericaSchedule: 9 AM-5 PM Eastern Time ZoneSalary: Open to negotiation based on experienceThe Compliance Specialist works under direct supervision and follows company and department policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Amazon policies and e Commerce regulatory requirements.Responsibilities include researching and assessing laws, regulations, and Amazon policies that govern e Commerce businesses to resolve compliance violations and mitigate revenue loss.Primary Responsibilities:Through the use of company and department practices and procedures, researches laws and regulations related to advertising, labeling, and selling consumer goods in interstate commerce, including FDA and EPA regulationsEfficiently manages daily deliverables across multiple clients and categories, meeting accuracy, efficiency, quality control, and brand standardsOpens and manages new cases with Amazon Seller Support to resolve compliance issuesFollows standard practices and procedures to determine the best response to seller account issuesDiscusses issues and solutions with the manager to ensure alignment with client and company requirementsAnalyzes federal and state legislation, regulations, and policies, and provides actionable guidance to ensure complianceCommunicates legal requirements in a concise manner to ensure all stakeholders' understanding of requirementsUnder manager supervision, drafts Amazon appeals, Plans of Action,
