Job Title:Social Media Manager (Content, Growth & Brand)Job Type:Full-time / RemoteWork Hours:PSTJob Overview:We're helping our client find a Social Media Manager (Content, Growth & Brand) for a fast-growing, founder-led luxury DTC knitwear brand.The company is known for elevated, machine-washable cashmere and modern lifestyle essentials designed for comfort, travel, and everyday luxury.In this role, you will own the brand's social media presence end-to-end across Instagram, Tik Tok, and emerging platforms.You will be responsible for both content creation and performance-driven growth, ensuring social media directly contributes to engagement, conversions, and revenue.You will sit at the intersection of content, culture, and performance marketing, balancing premium brand storytelling with data-driven creative testing to scale a high-growth e Commerce brand.Responsibilities:Own and execute social media strategy across Instagram, Tik Tok, and emerging platformsDevelop and manage a content calendar aligned with product drops, campaigns, and key revenue momentsCreate, produce, and publish short-form video and static content aligned with platform best practicesDevelop content pillars including UGC, brand storytelling, product education, styling,



and founder-led contentMonitor trends and translate them into high-performing content and hooksCollaborate with paid media and growth teams to align organic content with performance goals (CAC, conversions)Identify, manage, and grow relationships with influencers and content creatorsEngage with the community through comments, DMs, and consistent brand voice managementAnalyse content performance and iterate based on insights to improve engagement and conversionMaintain a consistent, premium, and elevated brand aesthetic across all channelsMust-Have:4–7+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing (DTC, fashion, or lifestyle preferred)Strong understanding of Instagram and Tik Tok growth and content mechanicsProven ability to create content that drives engagement and conversionExperience working alongside paid media or performance marketing teamsHands-on experience with video editing tools (Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)Strong aesthetic judgment with an eye for premium, elevated brand contentData-driven mindset with strong testing and iteration abilityHighly organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentNice-to-Have:Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer brandsBackground in influencer marketing or creator managementExperience in early-stage or fast-growth digital brandsExposure to performance creative strategy for paid social campaignsExperience building or scaling social media systems and workflows
