Job Title:Graphic Designer (DTC / e Commerce Focus)Job Type:Full-time / RemoteWork Hours:US HoursJob Overview:We're helping our client find a versatile Graphic Designer with strong experience in DTC/e Commerce brands to support high-performing marketing campaigns across email, product imagery, and digital advertising.In this role, you will execute conversion-focused designs across multiple touchpoints while contributing to overall campaign performance and growth.Responsibilities:Design conversion-focused email creatives (campaigns, flows, newsletters) aligned with brand and retention strategiesCreate high-quality product images and infographics for PDPs, Amazon listings, and landing pagesDevelop digital ad creatives and banners for paid social (Meta, Tik Tok, Google) and web useCollaborate with marketing, growth,



and copy teams to bring campaigns to life visuallyMaintain brand consistency across all assets while adapting to different campaign needsOptimize designs based on performance data (CTR, CVR, engagement)Support A/B testing by producing multiple creative variationsEnsure all designs are mobile-first and platform-optimizedMust-Have:3–6+ years of experience in graphic design for DTC or e Commerce brandsStrong portfolio showcasing:Email designProduct imagery / infographicsPaid ad creatives and bannersProficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)Experience working with Klaviyo or similar email platformsUnderstanding of conversion-focused design principlesAbility to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlinesNice-to-Have:Experience with Amazon A+ content or marketplace designBasic motion graphics or GIF creationFamiliarity with Shopify or landing page buildersUnderstanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS)
