We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant II to join our corporate accounting team.This role may be fully remote or hybrid/in-person at our Guadalajara office.While the company maintains a subsidiary in Guadalajara, this position will support the U. S. corporate entity, not the local subsidiary.This role will support day-to-day corporate accounting operations, contribute to month-end close, and assist with maintaining accurate financial records.The adecuado candidate has a solid accounting foundation, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.This position is well-suited for someone with 3+ years of accounting experience who is looking to continue building technical skills and take on increasing responsibility.Key responsabilities:Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with US GAAPSupport month-end close activities, including accruals, amortization, depreciation, and reclassificationsMaintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts, investigating and resolving variancesSupport data gathering and analysis for tax, compliance, and regulatory reporting processesPull, organize,



and retain supporting documentation for monthly close and annual audit purposesMaintain accurate documentation and accounting recordsSupport process improvements and special projects as assignedBachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field3+ years of relevant accounting experienceStrong understanding of U. S. GAAPExperience with general ledger accounting and reconciliationsProficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas)Experience with accounting or ERP systemsExperience working with U. S.
-based teams or supporting U.
