DescriptionJob Title: Bilingual Medical ReceptionistPosition type:Full-TimeWork hours:8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Pacific Daylight Time (30-minute Lunch)Work days:Monday to FridaySalary:$6 - $8 per hour, depending on experienceWorkplace:RemotePreferred Candidate Location:LATAMOur client is seeking a highly organized and patient-focusedBilingual Medical Receptionistto support patient communication, scheduling, and front desk operations for a busy healthcare practice.This role is critical in ensuring patients receive timely communication, appointments are managed efficiently, and administrative workflows run smoothly.As the primary point of contact, you will handleinbound calls, appointment scheduling, and patient follow-ups, helping patients stay informed, prepared, and engaged throughout their care journey.A major focus of this role is reducing no-shows through proactive communication, including reminders, confirmations, and follow-ups.In addition to patient interaction, you will support key administrative functions such asreferrals, insurance verification, authorizations, and document management.Attention to detail is essential, especially when handling patient records and insurance-related processes.You will communicate regularly with patients viaphone, text, and email , providing clear and professional guidance in both English and Spanish.This role is adecuado for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment and is confident in managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.Scope of Work / ResponsibilitiesPatient CommunicationAnswer inbound calls and manage phone receptionCall, text, and email patients for appointment reminders and updatesRespond to inquiries regarding insurance, copays, and appointmentsProvide pre-appointment instructions (e.g., medication reminders)Scheduling & CoordinationSchedule, reschedule,
