Currently we are looking for aVisual Designerto support our internal communications, employer branding, and external client-facing materials, including pitch decks and presentation templates.This role is centered onstrong visual craft, clarity, consistency, and speed —bringing complex ideas to life through polished, brand-aligned design.You'll partner closely with ourtalent, and sales leadership to design high-quality visual assets and scalable templates, usingFigma as a core production and collaboration tool.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Design and producehigh-quality presentations, pitch decks, and templatesfor internal and external useApply and evolve Lab49'svisual identityacross employer branding, internal communications, and sales materialsTranslate written narratives and rough content intoclear, compelling visual storiesBuild and maintainreusable visual systems and templatesthat scale across teamsEnsurebrand consistency, visual hierarchy,



and pixel-level qualityacross all assetsCollaborate with talent and sales stakeholders to support ongoing business needsLeverage new tools and workflows—includingAI-assisted design capabilities —to accelerate production and improve consistencyOffice presence in central Mexico City 1+ day per weekCHARACTERISTICS AND QUALIFICATIONS:3-5 yearsof experience invisual, graphic, or communication designDemonstrated ability to deliverclean, intuitive, brand-consistent visual workProven experience creatingpresentation systems, templates, and branded assetsExpert-level proficiency inFigma(components, variants, auto-layout, libraries)Excellent sense oftypography, layout, color, and visual hierarchyHigh attention to detail with a strong eye for polish and consistencyAbility to work efficiently, take direction, and iterate quicklyA growth-oriented mindset with the ability toadapt as design tooling evolves , including AI-driven featuresExcellent English communication skills (C1 – Advanced -highly preferred)NICE TO HAVE:Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Information DesignExperience withemployer branding , internal communications, and/or sales enablementExposure to AI-assisted design workflows (e.g., layout acceleration, content exploration, systemization)Experience supporting consulting, professional services, or B2 B organizationsREQUIREMENTS:Portfolio required- applications without a portfolio will not be consideredResourcefulness, Adaptability, ResilienceandAbility to perform under pressureare prerequisites to success in the role.AtLab49 , design plays a critical role in how we communicate, sell, and scale.You'll join a general team that values craft, speed, and continuous learning - and that is actively adapting as
