and activate a high-performing creator & affiliate networkExecute a consistent cadence of Tik Tok Live shopping events to drive revenueIdentify trends and rapidly launch shoppable assets within tight turnaround timesManage and optimize Tik Tok Spark Ads to achieve strong ROASIncrease repeat purchase rate through retention and lifecycle strategiesCollaborate cross-functionally with creators, internal teams, and external partnersOversee backend commerce operations impacting conversion (PDPs, fulfillment, offers)Must-Have:1-3+ years in Tik Tok, social commerce, or creator-led DTC growth.Hands-on experience owning a Tik Tok Shop (not just posting content)Deep understanding of:Tik Tok Live best practicesAffiliate attribution & incentivesCreator whitelisting & Spark AdsConversion-driven UGC formatsProven ability to scale creators from dozens → thousandsExtremely data-driven but creatively fluentComfortable moving fast, testing constantly, and iterating in real timeStrong POV on what actually works on Tik Tok todayNice-to-Have:
