Responsibilities:Recruits, trains, schedules manning and staffing, mentorsassociates and team leaders, and evaluates production teams; handles disciplinary,actions and resolve conflicts.
Ensures that the VC ILUO system is kept up to date.Manage vacation, permits, and disciplinary actions along with HR as deemednecessary.Assures that the production lots meet the quality requirements and leadsthe core teams to improve quality performance metrics within his area ofresponsibility.dentifies bottlenecks, suggest upgrades or ideas forimprovements, reduces costs, and implements approved methods to boostproductivity in a safely mannerQualifications:University degree, preferrable but not limited to industrial, mechanical engineering or similar technical degree.At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing industry, automotive industry experience preferred.
Rubber industry also preferred.Quality core tools,
