daily phone and email communicationResponding to incoming calls and handling appropriatelyAnswer calls and accommodate drivers with repairs that truck or trailer needs on the road.Assisting drivers on the road with truck breakdowns over the phone.Organizing on the road assistance with vendors throughout the USProviding coverage for colleagues when neededVarious other support functions as assignedWork Hours (After Hours during week & weekends)Monday - Friday 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm CSTSaturday 7:0 am to 4:00 pm CSTExperience:Knowledge of tractor, trailer functions: 2 years (Required)Basic knowledge of truck & semi mechanical functions: 2 years (Required)Previous maintenance or breakdown assistance experience.
