Senior Data Engineering Technical Lead – Informatica IDMC & AWS | Remote ****We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineering Technical Lead with 8+ years of experience to lead and organize a team of data engineers and IDMC administrators.
This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Informatica IDMC Full Stack, AWS data services, data integration, data quality, and modern data platform architectures.The adecuado candidate will act as the technical reference for the team, driving data integration initiatives, defining technical standards and best practices, leading modernization projects, and ensuring the end-to-end delivery of enterprise data products.Key Responsibilities:Lead and organize a team of 9 engineers, including data integration developers and IDMC administrators.Provide technical leadership for enterprise data integration initiatives using Informatica IDMC.Lead the development of data pipelines using Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and Cloud Mass Ingestion (CMI).
