Key Responsibilities: Main focus areas are family-based immigration to include adjustment of status, removal of conditions, naturalization and NVC/consular processing of immigrant visas. Some business immigration at times.

IMMIGRATION LEGAL ASSISTANCE
- Open cases in INS Zoom; Prepare rep agreements in Adobe Sign
- Prepare all forms for immigration cases in INS Zoom
- Prepare filings including required documentation and supporting evidence for attorney review
- Check documents against the DOS reciprocity table
- Enter, calendar and maintain attorney case reminders, reports, receipt and approval notices
- Prepare priority date reports
- Undertake research where appropriate
- Draft case supporting documentation
- Contact government agencies on case-specific inquiries
- Maintain USCIS case status online system for attorney
- Prepare routine correspondence
- Maintain and update standard guides, form letters, and other information
