Responsibilities:
› Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzin accounting data preparing annually, monthly and quarterly reports.

› Prepares journal entries by compiling and analyzing accounting information

› Documents financial reports by analyzing account information

› Prepares monthly reports according to financial variations

› Prepares accounting information for external audit

› Prepares monthly reconciliations

› Prepares daily tasks during month end close

› Reconciles intercompany discrepancies

› Mantains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures

› Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements

› Prepares financial statements according Mexgaap.

› Identify accounting improvements in intercompany process and other accounting accounts

› Timely and accurate preparation of intercompany reports

› Follow up with counterparties to agree and settle intercompany transactions





Involvement in delivering information for Transfer Pricing sstudy

Required Experience:
2 - 4 years related experience

The position requires a self-starter and independent individual, with ability to work in a deadline driven environment

Strong communication skills with all levels of management and is comfortable presenting to business leaders and colleagues internal and external

Excellent verbal skills required

Strong Customer Service focus
