We are looking for an outgoing and highly organized Production Manager.The production manager in our company is the person responsible for directing, planning and coordinating all activities pertaining to production, managing available resources, developing optimal strategies and procedures and ensuring the necessary quality levels. By managing the available resources, developing optimal strategies and procedures and guaranteeing the necessary quality levels, he/she occupies one of the most important positions in the organisation.





The Production Manager responsibilities include:
Coordinate the work teams, the production activity and its efficiency levels.
Activities related to the production process (manufacturing, quality, maintenance, logistics) in accordance with the general guidelines set by management.
Ensuring the proper functioning of the supply and logistics area.
Analyse possible improvements in production and compliance with quality standards.
To carry out budget and KPI control of the factory's activity, defining action plans.
