Role Description The Chief Financial Officer is in charge of the company's overall financial picture, including the model, cash, margins, and capital plan (P&L;), and turns it into clear decisions that management can act on.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this person builds the finance function from a founder-style accounting setup to a reliable system that the company can operate on, while working closely with Sales, Purchasing, and Operations to allocate cash where it generates the most return.
Qualifications: 7-10 years in a CFO role Has previously created or rebuilt the finance function (models, closing, reporting) for an agile B2C company Direct experience in inventory accounting, P&L; by business division and channel, and in the realities of marketplaces, live commerce,
