The Director of Government Affairs for Latin American reports to the VP of General Government Affairs & Public Policy in Washington, DC.

The Director, Govt Affairs, LatAm is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with government officials and policymakers at the local, state,



and federal levels throughout Latin America, including Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, and the Caribbean.

The primary responsibilities include developing, coordinating, and implementing legislative and regulatory advocacy efforts for WBD, with a focus on the acquisition, production, and distribution of audiovisual content, regulation of theatrical, pay-television and streaming platforms, including content requirements and advertising restrictions, and the protection of intellectual property. Additionally, this position actively participates in multilateral and bilateral fora, government consultative activities, and regional industry and business organizations to advance the company's public policy objectives.
