6+ years of building and leading large teams and working in matrixed operating structures experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives and cross functional teams or equivalent
- Experience in strategic thinking about business, enterprise software products, and new technology platforms and architectures or equivalent
- Managing teams that are located in multiple countries.

AWS is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the LATAM Startup Business Development team. In this role you will be responsible for leading a team of former startup founders/operators/investors who champion and work alongside LATAM’s best tech startups, Venture Capital Firms, Accelerators and Incubators.



You will work closely with the startup ecosystem as well as internal teams to define the strategy that ensures that LATAM’s startup founders are choosing to build and scale their startups on AWS.
In this role, you will create and implement long-term strategies working backwards from startup customer needs, earning their trust and helping to accelerate and expand our startup business in LATAM. You will work closely with other senior internal stakeholders across sales, solutions architects, marketing, product, partners, and support teams to build programs, mechanisms and go-to-market approaches that ensure startups choose AWS as their cloud platform and business partner. You will also be part of a integral team of Startup Business Development leaders that work together to create strategies and programs globally.
