- Talent Acquisition: Lead hiring efforts, from job descriptions to interviews and onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Address concerns, maintain a positive environment, and manage conflicts.
- Performance Management: Set goals, facilitate reviews, and support professional development.
- Learning and Development: Identify learning needs, design programs, and promote skill growth.
- Organizational Development: Shape culture, establish policies, and boost employee engagement.
- Change Management: Guide the company through growth and change, ensuring alignment.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure HR practices adhere to laws, minimizing risks and issues.
Who you are?
- Prior HR experience, especially in startups or dynamic environments.
- Ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Strong verbal and written English skills for interactions and policy creation.
- Creative resolution of employee issues and conflicts.
- Flexibility to manage changing tasks and priorities.
- Understanding of labor laws and compliance.
- Ability to connect with stakeholders and build effective working relationships.
