We’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team, based in our Monterrey offices.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will have the responsibility to organize the formulation of operating procedures and specifications and be responsible for the management and control of plan implementation.

Optimize on-site management, plan implementation and control, and ensure the achievement of various task goals.

What You’ll Do
- According to the production plan, formulate work objectives, plan the content of work projects, and implement management and control of the implementation process.
- Assist on-site cadres to deal with abnormal affairs and hold regular meetings of team leaders and cadres to review deficiencies and jointly discuss improvement measures.
- Reasonable control is responsible for regional manpower, overtime and work affairs.
- Responsible for the process discussion, communication and coordination related to the warehouse.




- Assign tasks to subordinates and accept the results.
- Use safety management methods to implement various safety production management systems of the unit.
- Develop an environmental inspections plan and assess risks and conduct regular inspections.

Your Qualifications
- More than 3 years as a warehouse team leader
- Intermediate or advanced English/Mandarin reading and writing is preferred.
- Quick thinking, quick response, adaptable to great work pressure, strong sense of responsibility, management ability and good team work.
