Technical Trainer Mexico City, Mexico (On-site) Long Term Contract Microsoft Description: As a trainer, you will deliver a two-week new hire onboarding, a transformative approach to skilling FTE Technical Support Engineers (TSEs) that reduces Time to Competency (T2C).
Using an AI-First delivery model, you will lead in-person sessions covering non-technical customer service topics, including professional skills as well as process, procedure, tool, and AI skills.
Your focus is providing a solid foundation for all TSEs in their first two weeks, delivering the core and common content every engineer needs regardless of the technology they will ultimately support, before they move on to phase two of onboarding, which centers on technical training.
