About the Role:
- We’re looking for a (Senior) Data Analyst to support JumpCloud’s Enterprise Data and Analytics (EDA) team in developing and refining an analytics model that supports JumpCloud’s growth strategy. A successful analyst will exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy tackling analytics problems that most other people cannot solve, as well as shaping the future capabilities of JumpCloud’s performance reporting and data governance. This role involves frequent engagement with our business stakeholders and wider EDA team to mature our analytics capabilities and data literacy, and will report to the director of analytics.

What you’ll be doing:
- This role will blend together all phases of discovery: Learning the needs of the business, wrangling data to discover valuable insights,



and communicating those insights and potential business impacts with other teams.
- Develop and maintain our Tableau dashboards that support day-to-day operations and growth related KPIs.
- Work across the EDA team in leveraging data analysis to find new opportunities and inform changes in our operations and products.
- Assist in developing a framework to build explanatory and predictive models around customer behavior and activity.
- Partner with stakeholders including the Product, Sales, Marketing, Growth, Finance, and Customer Success teams to identify and deliver on their analytics and operational improvement needs.
- Partner with our data curation and operational experts to develop data systems that provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics.
- Assist in developing documentation on our Tableau dashboards, analyses, and other data products to support data lite
