Bajo la dirección del gerente de mantenimiento, es responsable de coordinar y supervisar el trabajo de los técnicos de edificio, así como mantener el edificio y equipo directo a este. Es responsable de mantener en buenas condiciones las instalaciones eléctricas, de plomería, refrigeración, extracción y mecánicas referentes al edificio y equipo de servicio. Planea y dirige reparaciones y/o renovaciones por parte de contratistas. Asegura el seguimiento a los estándares, a las políticas y a los procedimientos de seguridad de la compañía.
