WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
The Senior Specialist, General PD & Performance will play a role in driving the success of Bain’s Global PD & Performance team, responsible for redesigning Bain’s PD & Performance approach, standards, systems, and processes across all talent populations. The Global PD & Performance team will focus on sourcing and scaling best practices, designing effective and efficient processes, and partnering with TSG to develop software solutions to support all regions and talent populations. Global PD & Performance work will focus on generating and implementing solutions that help Bain deliver more value to our clients by better coaching and developing our teams, strengthening our employee value proposition, and supporting a more inclusive, equitable workplace and culture.
