Job Title: Account Director
Location: Mexico City
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full sales cycles and consistently meet or exceed quotas.- Build and maintain long-term trust with customers.- Assess client needs and provide suitable solutions to meet those needs.- Utilize CRM tools to manage account information and processes.- Analyze sales metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.- Manage multiple priorities effectively and efficiently.- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing,
or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role.- Proven skills in managing client accounts and driving sales.- Strong ability to assess client needs and provide suitable solutions.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Familiarity with CRM tools and account management processes.- Ability to analyze sales metrics and make data-driven decisions.- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities.- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in retail and hospitality industry.- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
