Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, and architects to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines using Matillion to ingest, transform, and load data into Snowflake.:
- Develop and maintain data models (conceptual, logical, and physical) to support analytics and reporting needs.
- Optimize Snowflake data warehouse performance through partitioning, clustering, and query tuning.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across all data assets.
- Participate in the analysis and design of data solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.




- Automate data workflows and support CI/CD practices for data pipeline deployment.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues, ensuring timely resolution and mínimal downtime.
- Document data flows, models, and transformation logic for transparency and maintainability.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake and Matillion.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data modeling techniques. Nice to have
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and data lake architectures.
- Understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
