As part of our continued growth, we are strengthening our Mexico office with the addition of an HR Assistant. This is a recruitment-led role that also provides operational HR and office support, bridging talent acquisition with day-to-day people operations and administrative coordination.

What You’ll Do:Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Sales and Business Development roles within the Mexico office, from sourcing through to offer management.




- Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to define role requirements and deliver high-quality talent pipelines.
- Execute proactive sourcing strategies including direct headhunting, market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent intelligence research.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer approvals, and onboarding documentation.
- Track recruitment KPIs and support reporting on hiring metrics and time-to-fill targets.

HR Operations & Compliance Support
- Support policy adherence by guiding employees on internal HR policies, procedures, and code of conduct requirements.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance with local labour regulations.
