We’re hiring: Service Delivery Jr.

On-site - Roma Norte, CDMX

Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM

English proficiency required

$14,500-$16,000 MXN/month

University degree is a plus but not mandatory

At GALAIT, we’re looking for a proactive, organized and bilingual Service Delivery Jr. to join our growing tech services team in CDMX. If you have 3+ years of experience coordinating services, supporting technical teams, and handling logistics, this role is for you.

What you’ll do
- Coordinate meetings between clients and engineers
- Track service requests and follow up with clients
- Keep CRM and documentation up to date
- Maintain external engineer availability database
- Review technical visit reports and generate weekly summaries
- Support administrative tasks and calendar coordination
- Confirm delivery addresses with clients and suppliers
- Create shipping labels and track shipments
- Support logistics and inventory-related tasks

What we’re looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in service coordination, logistics, or customer support




- Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- A degree is a plus, but not mandatory
