Compensation & Incentives
- Base Salary: $19,161.30 MXN to $31,161.00 MXN gross per month
- Hiring bonus of $5,000 MXN; $2,500 at 90 days and another $2,500 at 180 days
- Unlimited commission structure - top performers earn double their base salary through our performance-based bonus system
- Attendance bonus: $2,000.00 MXN
