A Snapshot of Your Day

As Advanced Project Scheduler, you would be working with a multi-cultural team of Project Managers, Engineers and other professionals to build and deliver EPC HV Substations projects for customers in US and Canada.

On this position, you will be responsible for leading creating, updating, and maintaining comprehensive project and program schedules, tracking the progress and completion of critical milestones.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Work with different departments (sales, procurement, engineering, construction, commissioning, customers) to ensure milestones’ completion on time, within cost and scope expected.
- Lead program schedules’ implementation, standardization and tracking. Participation on E2E project execution, maintaining data accuracy and promoting new talent development on the SV Organization.
- Document project events that impact the schedule, scope of work, and project efficiency. Acting with urgency to support PE team on time and budget negotiations when change orders are received.
- Generate monthly schedule reporting metrics as required.




- Active Participation on Cost vs Progress reviews, and on Project Engineering workshops (recovery plans, continuous improvement initiatives, risk management, etc.)

What You Bring
- Minimum of 5 years’ scheduling experience in engineering and or construction project management with full project life cycle ownership within substation construction.
- Advanced experience level on EPC project delivery methods including expert working knowledge and understanding of all project management control systems (scheduling, estimating, cost control, procurement and business development) with knowledge of high voltage substations and products.
- Proficient on Primavera scheduling software.
- Fully bilingual (Spanish & English)
