The Field Sales Engineer will be responsible for promote TOX® products and equipment, keeping existing customers and getting new ones keeping in mind the diversification of our business and if it’s possible installing, troubleshooting, servicing and maintaining TOX® assembly machinery at our customer’s manufacturing plants.

Your responsibilities:
- Follow up with customer each opportunity in the system keeping our CRM (Salesforce) updated.




- Keep maximum 10% weekly due date opportunities on the system.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying process and product quality gaps and providing solutions when possible
- Strategically sale and promote, educate and market TOX products and services to customer

Requirements for experienced Field Sales Engineer:
- English level minimum B1/B2
- Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution-based service process
- 5-10 years of technical selling expertise
- Exposure to fastening techniques and solutions
- Time management
- CRM experience
- Ability to demonstrate technical selling expertise - Direct Selling

Preferred but not required experience:
- Engineering degree (mechanic/mechatronic) and engineering/technical background in equipment is critical to gain the customers confidence
- SAP experience
- 3D background. Preferably Pr
