Donaldson’s LATAM and South America regional Sales Manager role will be supporting our Industrial Air Filtration-Equipment business. This role will direct manage a regional sales group and (1) Sales Manager and is accountable for the sales performance results of the region. This position is based out of Aguascalientes, Mexico.

Role Responsibilities:
- Accountable to meet or exceed annual sales and operating budget plan for the region
- Effectively use a formal sales process combined with data-driven decision making to deliver a premium customer experience
- Identify trends with customers, market,



and competitive landscape in the region and formulate an action plan to win market share in the region.
- Provide robust voice of customer to the Business Unit to ensure the development of right products and solution.
- Responsible for coaching the Territory Managers to manage performance through various sales stages. Leverage CRM to manage pipeline and utilize key performance indicators to measure sales teams’ and distribution partner effectiveness to maximize sales coverage and win rate
- Direct, inspire, coach, and provide feedback on performance and progress towards accomplishing sales goals and expectations.
- Lead annual goal setting and channel partner performance reviews while forming strategic partnerships to improve coverage in the region
