Monday to Friday | 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

We are currently looking for a Bilingual Phone Representative with an excellent level of English to join our on-site team in Puerto Vallarta.

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls in English.
- Conduct and assist with video calls with clients.
- Provide high quality customer service.
- Support appointment setting and lead follow ups.
- Assist with sales closing when applicable.
- Accurately document customer information in the system.
- Maintain clear, professional, and empathetic communication.

Requirements:
- Advanced or fluent English (C2 level required).:
- Previous experience in one or more of the following: Customer Service, Call Center, Soft Selling, Appointment Setter, Sales Closer.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Professional attitude and strong presence during video calls.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with video conferencing tools.




- Availability to work on site in Puerto Vallarta.
