WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
The Senior HR Specialist independently administers and coordinates core HR programs for Mexico, serving as a key point of contact for employees, leadership, and regional stakeholders. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR processes,



ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across multiple HR disciplines. Teaming with other HR and Talent colleagues will be core to the job.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Ownership of Mexico transfer program for inbound and outbound transferees and Former Employees (FEMPs); understand and communicate policies to employees and Staffing team; liaise with Global Mobility team, coordinate inbound transfer onboarding, affiliation and living arrangements, escalate tricky issues to supervisor and General Mobility as needed, track budget, complete all relevant paperwork and Workday entry.
- Manage the end-to-end process for the Externship program; serve as expert on process, policies and manage all communications/documentation with employee and Staffing team
- Prepare program documentation and agreements
- Coordinate and collect required signatures, including those from external companies
- Process and track employ
