Position Overview:
The GPM Complaint Evaluation Team Lead is a hands-on technical leader performing complaint evaluation, coding and reportability determination. The role requires strong organization skills, attention to detail while working in cross functional teams to accomplish of departmental and company goals.

Responsibilities:
- Assist during FDA, ISO or other third party or internal audits.
- Train others on the requirements of the Complaint Coordinating activities,



including follow-up with the Customer Care Group.
- Support review and investigation of medical device complaints
- Provide work leadership/mentorship to team members, including but not limited to, training support on processes and procedures.
- Performs complex tasks to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Track daily team metrics to ensure performance targets are achieved
- Manages, facilitates, and participates in Continuous Improvement projects.
- Assist in cross-functional special projects.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years Complaint evaluation/processing experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in data management, record keeping, and trouble shooting in the Medical Device field, or other transferable experience related to organization, technical aptitude and data management.
