GlobalIndirectSourcing Manager

Position Summary
- The General Indirect Sourcing Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping Polaris’ global sourcing strategy and strengthening supplier capabilities. This leader will drive cost‑effective solutions across assigned commodities, optimize supplier performance, and build a resilient, high‑performing supply base. The role requires a visionary professional who can influence stakeholders, manage complex sourcing initiatives, and foster strong collaboration with cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Product Development, Legal, and NPI Sourcing. Success in this position means aligning supplier strategies with business goals, product roadmaps,



and operational resilience while delivering measurable sourcing outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications- MBA or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain.- APICS CPIM or ISM certifications.- Experience in sales or engineering in addition to sourcing.- Demonstrated success in supplier innovation and global sourcing strategy execution.

Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.- 7-10 years of relevant experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain.- 2+ years of direct leadership experience or proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams.- Strong knowledge of commodity/category management, supplier development, and sourcing best practices.
