Where You’ll Make a Difference- Provide procurement support to the U.S. market specifically for ingredients, flavors, additives, and related materials.- Lead the evaluation and selection of suppliers based on quality, service, cost,



and capability for the assigned portfolio.- Analyze business requirements and identify reliable suppliers to ensure assurance of supply.- Participate in the development and execution of sourcing strategies within the Efficiency and Essential quadrants.- Drive productivity and continuous improvement initiatives together with Improvement Leaders and COE teams.- Identify alternative suppliers through market research and collaboration with Buyers, Senior Buyers, and Executive Buyers.- Oversee contract implementation, supplier performance, and resolution of issues related to quality, service, safety, and supply.- Manage Tail Spend, urgent buys, and resolve issues with delivery, pricing, or blocked invoices.- Utilize procurement tools including RFIs (Requests for Information), RFQs (Requests for Quotation), RFPs (Requests for Proposal), sealed bids, and auctions.

What Makes You the Right Fit- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.- +3 years of experience in Procurement
