The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for end-to-end supply chain execution to meet customer demand, from raw material acquisition through finished goods delivery. This role leads Purchasing, Planning, Warehouse, Import/Export, and Production Control functions to ensure material availability, inventory optimization, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery in alignment with plant and corporate objectives.





This position reports to the Plant Manager and is part of the Supply Chain & Logistics organization, located in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico, and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead and execute materials planning, purchasing, warehouse, import/export, and production control activities to support production and customer requirements.
- Develop and communicate weekly and monthly production and material plans, ensuring visibility and alignment across operations.
- Optimize inventory levels, supplier performance, and logistics processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement actions across the supply chain using DBS principles.
- Manage, develop, and assess team performance, ensuring a safe work environment and compliance with EHS and ISO 14001 requirements.
