We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail, deep payroll expertise, and a proactive mindset to drive accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.

HERE’S WHAT YOU´LL BE DOING:
- Lead end-to-end payroll processing for US and Puerto Rico (weekly and bi-weekly cycles) ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Supervise and develop a team of payroll processors, driving performance and accountability.
- Review and validate payroll data, including adjustments, new hires, terminations, and leave payments.




- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and Puerto Rico regulations, including tax and labor requirements.
- Manage post-payroll activities such as reconciliations, payroll posting, and audit support (SOX).
- Act as escalation point for complex payroll issues, working with internal teams and external partners.
- Perform audits and identify discrepancies to improve process accuracy and controls.
- Support year-end activities including W-2s, system updates, and compliance processes.
- Leverage systems (Dayforce, SAP or similar) to manage payroll operations and reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years of payroll experience or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of US payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to interpret complex payroll, legal, and tax information.
