Build, format, and modify responsive email templates and landing pages using Marketo's modular editor Apply HTML/CSS skills to troubleshoot layout issues, format text, and ensure responsive rendering across major email clients and devices Translate Figma designs into pixel-accurate, cross-client-compatible email builds Build and maintain Marketo landing pages, forms, and reusable design-system components to accelerate future production Build and configure Marketo Smart Campaigns and Smart Lists to support various marketing initiatives Set up diverse campaign types, including single-send emails, multi-touch nurture/drip sequences, and webinar/event promotions Manage campaign assets, tokens, dynamic content, and program structures following Marketo best practices such as naming conventions and folder structures Support database hygiene, list management, and lead scoring/routing logic in coordination with marketing operations Monitor and troubleshoot deliverability, rendering, and tracking issues, while tracking daily/weekly performance metrics such as opens, clicks, unsubscribes, and bounces Perform quality assurance on all emails to guarantee flawless rendering, functioning links,



and accurate personalization tokens Set up and execute A/B tests covering subject lines, sender names, content layouts, and send times to continuously optimize performance Define and build target audiences using Smart Lists and filter logic, ensuring compliant (GDPR/CCPA/CAN-SPAM) and accurate database lists Ensure correct UTM parameters and tracking links are embedded across all assets Collaborate with marketing, design, content, and campaign managers to gather requirements and manage revisions and approvals Oversee the email/campaign production calendar and turnaround times within a fast-paced, always-on marketing environment Document build processes, coding standards, and template libraries to scale internal knowledge and speed up execution Provide recommendations on Marketo best practices and new features to improve program performance over time Requirements 3+ years of hands-on experience building and executing campaigns in Adobe Marketo Engage (Marketo Certified Professional or Associate certification is a strong plus) or other automation platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce Solid understanding of HTML/CSS specifically as it relates to email client limitations and rendering behaviors Experience using email testing tools such as Litmus or Email on Acid Strong understanding of email marketing deliverability, sender reputation, and general compliance regulations including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL Solid grasp of A/B testing methodologies Ability to translate static designs into functional, on-brand email builds Strong attention to detail paired with disciplined QA practices Comfortable managing multiple email builds simultaneously under deadline pressure in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
