Transfusion Medicine Mexico structure requires a Strategic Account Manager responsible for:
- Provide specialized support to customers in the use of products, encompassing programming, maintenance, and operation, in order to ensure optimal performance. Ensure efficient coordination of customer service across private business accounts and distributor channels, addressing scientific and technical support requirements in a timely and effective manner.
- Serve as the person responsible for the management and support of the AMB team for the Mexico & CAM region, with direct reporting responsibility, including the monitoring, control, and analysis of performance indicators, as well as the supervision of field activities.
